This Center is established in accordance with Article 19-3 of the University's Organizational Regulations as a first-level administrative unit. The Center is headed by one Director, who oversees all Center operations and is appointed by the President from among the University’s faculty members holding the rank of Associate Professor or above. Other required staffing positions are adjusted from within the University’s existing personnel quota.
The responsibilities of this Center are as follows:
In line with the University’s development strategies, coordinate all units in planning development projects and compile institution-wide development plans.
Assist and evaluate each unit’s continuous improvement efforts through institutional development research projects.
Support the University Development Committee in reviewing and managing University development-related affairs.
Participate in other institution development–related research projects both within and outside the University.
Handle tasks assigned by the President or the University Development Committee.
